InterGen has submitted the project’s planning application to the UK Government in February 2010 through the Section 36 consenting regime.  Discussions have taken place with Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and Thurrock Council, local businesses, members of the public and a range of other organisations and has addressed feedback in a Further Information Document.

The planning application and the subsequent Further Information Document is  available for the public to study at the planning departments of Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation and Thurrock Council. The public is also able to access these materials on the Gateway Energy Centre website Library.
